Died
MCNULTY--In Perham, Saturday morning, August 26, 1899, Alice the beloved wife of Josephy McNulty, in the 69th year of her age.

Mrs. McNulty was born in Dromore, Ireland, June 24, 1830, coming to America May 15, 1847, and was married in New York, November 7th, 1840(?). With her family she removed to Perham, twenty-four years ago, and has been a resident since that time. On the 31st day of October, 1892, she was stricken with paralysis, and has been a patient sufferer since that date. Surrounded by loving daughters and a devoted husband, she has been patiently cared for, everything being done to relieve her sufferings. About eight weeks ago she suffered another stroke and since then has been compelled to keep to her bed. She had been rapidly failing for the past week and when the angel of death came, it found her ready and willing to go. She died as she had lived, a devout Catholic.

Deceased was a lovable and affectionate disposition, and gathered about her friends that are loth to give her up. She was always ready to aid and assist the poor and distressed. She was possessed of that trait of character, that to know was to love. She is survived by an aged husband and eight children, six of whom are girls, all being present at the funeral with the exception of one son, whose address was unknown at the time. The family is heartbroken at the loss of their loved one.

The funeral occured from St. Henry's church, Monday morning, and the remains were followed to their last resting place by number friends, who extend to the bereaved family their heartfelt sympathy.
